1. Are the products fragile?

2. What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
Answer: If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service department at info@timeless-vases.com with a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receipt. We will then process the return and replacement or refund.
3. Is it normal for there to be small imperfections on the vases?
Answer: Each vase is handcrafted by talented artisans, making each piece unique. Slight variations and imperfections may occur, adding to the character and authenticity of each vase.
4. Do you offer customization options for the vases?
Answer: We currently do not offer customization services for our vases. However, we invite you to explore our extensive collection to find pieces that match your style and preferences.
5. What are the delivery times?
Answer: Our delivery times generally vary from 7 to 10 days depending on the postal service in your area. For international deliveries, delivery times may vary.
6. Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Answer: Yes, our return policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of an error on our part or damage during shipping.
7. How can I track my order?
Answer: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website using this number.
